AOAA DEER HUNTERS & MOTORIZED USERS
AOAA will be open November 29th to December 4 & December 6 to 11th for hunting. Eastern Reserve
will be drive in and Western Reserve is walk in only.* During this period
the AOAA will be closed to motorized users. The AOAA will be open for motorized access (RIDING) oin
11/27, 11/28, 12/5 and 12/12.

NO ATV’S, SXS’S, UTV’S, DIRT BIKES OR OTHER OHV’S ALLOWED. YOU MAY DRIVE A CAR OR TRUCK IN AND WALK
TO YOUR HUNTING SPOT. NO ROAD HUNTING ALLOWED! NO DRIVES!
*WALK IN ONLY DUE TO LEASE AGREEMENTS
AOAA WALKING TRAIL WILL BE OPEN DURING THIS TIME.

2021 Fight The Blight Benefit Ride

The Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area has partnered with the Housing Authority of Northumberland County in their pledge to FIGHT THE BLIGHT!

The AOAA BENEFIT RIDE offers 4 stops on the AOAA trail system to have your prize card punched. There will be 2 stops on the Western Reserve and 2 stops on the Eastern Reserve. The ride will take you on some of new ATV & SxS trails that will take you on the south side of the Mahanoy mountain on the Bootlegger trail! There will be mud, rocks and elevation changes! Zebre Rod & Gun will be selling chicken BBQ lunches to be served at the AOAA event building 2PM to 5PM(YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER TO GET THE CHICKEN LUNCH!). (Must be pre-registered by 9-1-2021). $30 FOR ADULT/$20 FOR KIDS 15 & UNDER.
